We are looking for ONE more roommate to share a four bedroom two bathroom house with us next semester on Waller (Super close to campus!!). The rent is $325 each plus utilities. It is super close to campus and the house is pretty big. One of the two bedrooms down stairs is up for grabs. The house is on the backside and it has parking and a shed.
The lease starts August 1st. I will be bringing a tanning bed and a treadmill so you will be welcome to use those. We would prefer female roommates but if it comes down to it we can live with guys as well.
